The Church of Love . . . The essential message of the Christian path is that of love. However, the ecclesiastical powers over centuries have focused on a tradition of theology, patriarchy and control. On one hand, we have the highly visible Church of Roma . . . while on the other, we have the mystical Church of Amor. Rediscover this profound path that calls across time through the embodied spirituality of Jesus and Magdalene as we seek the true Holy Grail which is the divine within each of us. Together we celebrate the universal Christ Light that expresses through all and we honor the sanctity of embodied life as well as the sacredness of soul and spirit.
This ties in beautifully with the spiritual approach of Unity that draws wisdom from the Bible while still embracing the spiritual gifts of other world spiritual traditions. Unity provides a practical approach to spirituality that welcomes diversity, celebrates our co-creative gifts, believes in the power of prayer and expresses the miracle of love to transform our lives and our world.
The theme for 2025 is Loving Enlightenment. It will expand the Church of Love into living embodiment in our lives and in our world. The first quarter will provide a foundation from Unity with the 5 Truths and the 12 Spiritual Powers. We will then focus on the miracles from the Gospel of John (which could be the Gospel of Magdalene) along with A Course of Love (the sequel to A Course in Miracles) and The Law of Light on the Secret Teachings of Jesus. This is an esoteric path but also a practical one to inspire us to live life more fully and gracefully . . . evolving into Loving Enlightenment.
