What to Know Before Attending a Sound Bath~

Through the two main principles of sound healing, RESONANCE and ENTERTAINMENT, our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies can be brought back into a state of health. Basically, the stronger frequencies of the singing bowls wrap around pockets of dissonance (gunk) in our systems, and help bring them back into synchrony and harmony.

  • Be open and curious. It is an experience that can touch you on a deep level, as well as on a more subtle level. Just like reiki, or other forms of energy work, there will be times when you will have a recognizable shift, and times where you may think you feel nothing. However on a subconscious level, there’s much movement occurring.
  • Come with a prayer or intention for your healing journey. It is remarkable to me how much more potent the results of a sound bath are when our positive intentions are added to the frequencies. 
  • Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, (whatever items to help you build a cozy nest on the floor.) Chairs are available. Bring a water bottle as well.
  • For the optimal relaxation setting, please keep your pets at home.
  • Turn off your phones before entering. Even better~leave them at home or in your car.
