It will incorporate spiritual techniques from 

Rev. Pam’s upcoming book Calling in Grace: Seven Spiritual Practices for Uncertain Times along with the deep wisdom shared in Matthew Fox’s Julian of Norwich: Wisdom in a Time of Pandemic and Beyond.

This will include message, meditation, music, handouts and personal process to integrate   powerful ways of embracing and transcending whatever life brings.
